Shop orders and delivery

Orders placed through our shop are confirmed by email. Delivery times are estimates; we will keep you informed if anything changes. Installation, where ordered, is scheduled separately after a site survey.

Your system and equipment are covered by warranties as stated in your written proposal and product documents — typically 25-year panel performance alongside our workmanship guarantee.
