Overview
Grand Plaza's 480 kW rooftop system spans four retail buildings and offsets roughly 70% of common-area electricity — lighting, HVAC and parking — across the whole complex.
The Challenge
Forty tenants, zero tolerance for disruption. All noisy work happened overnight, crane lifts were scheduled around deliveries, and each building was commissioned separately so stores never lost power.
